General Information
Description of ServiceProvides in-home family support for aunts, uncles, and grandparents that have taken on the parental role. Gives support through goal setting, life skills education, financial management education, and social skills education to those that are eligible. Offers advocacy and referrals to community agencies.

EligibilityMust have grandchildren living in the home full time under the age of 18, live within 60 miles of the Abilene area, and commit to the program
